Bring It Into the Work

Getting more comfortable with AI usually comes through using it, talking about what works, and having helpful resources nearby when you need them.

Here are a few ways that can continue beyond the course.

  • Manager Conversations

Talk about where AI may be useful.

Where could AI make part of our team’s work easier? Where might we want to be more thoughtful?

  • Peer Sharing

    Share what you’re learning.

What worked well? What didn’t? What would you try differently next time?

  • Helpful Resources

    Keep useful resources close by.

A simple prompt guide, review checklist, or example can make it easier to use AI when you’re in the middle of the work.

  • Practice

Try it in lower-risk situations first.

Use smaller, lower-stakes tasks to build familiarity before applying AI to more complex or higher-impact work.

Bring One Use Case Forward

Think about one task in your own work where you could try this approach.

  • What are you trying to accomplish?
  • Where is the friction?
  • Where could AI support part of the work?
  • What still needs your judgment?

Start with one real task. Use AI where it can help. Take a closer look when needed. Keep your judgment in the process.

You’ve completed AI at Work.

You’ve looked at where AI can help, when it’s worth taking a closer look, how to give it clearer direction, and where your own judgment still matters.

Now try it with one real task in your work.
